Terms and Conditions – Jurassic Bark Temple Ewell

Booking and Payment

  1. Use of Jurassic Bark Temple Ewell is by appointment only. All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system and paid for before use.
  2. Bookings are non-transferable. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule your booking to an alternative date and time.

Arrival and Departure

  1. Please ensure the field is clear of people, dogs, or vehicles before opening the gates. Only enter during your designated booking time.
  2. If you arrive early, DO NOT enter the field, parking area, or crowd around the gate until your scheduled time, and the previous user has vacated the site.
  3. The maximum number of dogs allowed per booking is five (5).
  4. You must leave by the end of your booking time, ensuring your dog(s) are secured in your vehicle before driving off. Close all gates behind you.
  5. Only two (2) cars per booking are allowed in the on-site parking area. Additional vehicles must park outside without blocking the entrance.

Field Usage

  1. Both vehicle gates must be fully closed and secured before letting dogs off the lead.
  2. The field surface may be uneven, so please wear appropriate footwear.
  3. Late arrival does not extend your booking time. You must vacate the field on time to avoid delays for the next user.
  4. You must provide accurate details of the number of dogs attending when making your booking.

Safety and Responsibility

  1. Use of the field and its facilities is at your own risk.
  2. We do not accept liability for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage sustained while using the field.
  3. Children must be supervised at all times. Swinging on gates or fences is prohibited.
  4. Adults must not stand on gates or fences.
  5. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Owners are responsible for their dog's safety under the Responsible Dog Ownership law.
  6. All dogs must wear a collar with an up-to-date ID tag and be microchipped.
  7. Dogs must be up to date with flea, worming, and tick treatments before visiting the field.
  8. If your dog or any dog they live with is showing signs of illness, you must cancel your booking to prevent the spread of disease.

Cancellations and Restrictions

  1. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Bookings cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
  2. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the field at our discretion. Refunds may be provided depending on the reason for withdrawal.
  3. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow any banned breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

General Conduct

  1. Please do not leave litter or broken toys in the field, as they pose a choking hazard. Field-owned toys must be returned to the designated box after use.
  2. If multiple owners are attending, one person must make the booking and ensure that all attendees comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Please dispose of ALL dog waste in the bins provided.

By booking and using Jurassic Bark Temple Ewell, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the refusal of future bookings.
